According to our after-sales service and guarantee policy, our products are covered by a three

years guarantee period that includes all product faults and manufacturing defects. Therefore,

the defects caused by accidents, overweight, wear, abrasion, overexposure to extreme

temperature or extreme weather conditions, thinners, solvents, acids or any other liquid that

may damage the product and any other misuse are excluded.

It is very important to make proper use of the zippers in order to avoid any damage, for that, it

is recommended to open the zipper completely, taking the puller until the end of the zipper.
