Grease remover, alcohol cleaner, dirt, dust, and general grime from asphalt, ground, and walls are applied. After washing, some dirt remains on the reflective fabric bands. Minimal dirt remains on the reflective fabric bands. The rest of the vest is okay. Backing lost on pocket fabric, plastic reflective tape shrunk/wrinkled, cardholder damaged by high temperatures, trimming shrunk, black colouration on velcro lost. The rest of the vest is okay and still operational.

Results: • Maximum washing temperature 30ºC. Hand washing is recommended. • Machine washing permitted. • Does not shrink unless recommended washing temperatures are exceeded. • Both the plastic and fabric straps remain unaffected by washing. • Metal pullers suffer superficial wear, but this does not affect use.
