LINER TECHNOLOGY STEGO ® gloves offer a wide range of protection materials for different needs and applications. Each glove is engineered with advanced technology of liners and polymers for an optimum safety solution. Aramid Kevlar Aramid is a strong synthetic fibre that has excellent resistance to heat, abrasion and organic solvents. It is a performance fiber that has a unique combination of high strength, toughness and thermal stability. High Performance Polyethylene (HPPE) HPPE gives protection to the hands against cut, abrasion and chemical hazards. It is lightweight, flexible and durable. HPPE is a very tough material with the high anti-cut strength. Cotton Made of natural cellulose fibre characterized with softness and flexibility. It is supple, comfortable and non-irritating. It protects the hand against mechanical aggression and absorbs perspiration. Nylon A lightweight elastic polyamide that can resist abrasion and deformation. Gloves that are made of nylon mixed with cotton and acrylics are flexible, durable and comfortable. Acrylic Acrylic fibre is lightweight, soft and warm. It is a polymer that is resistant to acids, oils, solvents and weak alkalis. It can resist abrasion, traction and weathering. Polyester Polyester liner is a strong, elastic and shrink-free synthetic fibre that does not absorb moisture. It offers dexterity, abrasion resistance, breathability and is lightweight. Spandex A lightweight synthetic fiber that offers flexibility and fit. Spandex is lightweight, soft, smooth, and supple. It is resistant to abrasion and deterioration from body oils, perspiration and dirt.
