Identify

Firstly we sit down and ask the hard questions to discover your challenges and objectives. If you don’t know what hazards and challenges exist in your workplace, you’ll be incapable of taking any action to solve them. A hazard or challenge is anything that will put your organisation at risk and hinder you from achieving your objectives. To help you identify your hazards, a field specialist will come to your site and conduct an onsite audit of your dangerous goods.

Assess

After identifying your chemical hazards during the onsite audit, we carry out risk assessments to understand the nature and harm associated with each hazard. Our dangerous goods risk assessments allow us to quantify the level of risk associated with your hazards by determining the severity and possibility of an incident occurring.

Control

Following the site audit and risk assessments, we work together to implement a successful solution to mitigate the risks associated with your chemical hazards. Our Australian based manufacturing facility has the ability to design, manufacture and deliver tailored solutions that meet your specific requirements. We also provide workplace design services and onsite project management to ensure that your dangerous goods storage solution is implemented in a successful manner.

Sustain

Where it starts

When a Dangerous Goods Compliance Audit and Risk Assessment is initiated, a

STOREMASTA® Dangerous Goods Adviser will visit your site to discuss your specific goals and challenges in regards to the storage, handling and management of your dangerous goods. This initial discussion will be followed by a thorough compliance audit that will incorporate a risk assessment of each dangerous goods hazard area.

This dangerous goods compliance audit will analyse:

This compliance audit and risk assessment will be compiled into a physical report that will identify dangerous goods risks, infringements to the Australian Standards and provide clear and comprehensive solutions to achieve regulatory compliance. A Dangerous Goods Adviser will then present this report to the key stakeholders of your business. Flowline Dispensing Units

The flowline dispensing stations allow organisations to reduce risk and increase efficiencies in the storage and dispensing of lubricants and other hazardous fluids. It allows organisations to store larger quantities of combustible fluids outside their facility in a store that meets the design requirements of AS1940. STOREMASTA® Customised Solutions

Efficient storage solution for flammables contained in multiple package sizes

Customised Dangerous Goods Stores for hazardous waste collection A shipping company in North Queensland was holding a large quantity of flammable liquids in various package sizes including 1000L IBC’s, 205L drums, 20L drums and various sized cartons. To solve their flammable liquids storage challenges, STOREMASTA designed and manufactured a customised bulk dangerous goods store with adjustable racking and U-shaped shelving. This flammable liquids store also included a insulated parasol roof to help keep the flammable liquids within the store at a safe storage temperature. A council on the Gold Coast constructed a Public Recycling Centre to collect and recycle household hazardous chemicals. To allow the staff at the recycling centre to easily collect the hazardous chemicals after hours, STOREMASTA manufactured the units with the doors at the back and front. To make the dangerous goods stores more appealing for the public, STOREMASTA also painted the stores in vivid colours such as pink, yellow and bright blue.
