At Portwest we understand the needs of mining workers and the challenges they face working in tough rigorous conditions. Our workwear is constructed using durable quality fabrics and components and offer a variety of design features to meet the industry needs.

Made with 300 Denier 100% polyester yarn, this is a tough fabric for tough conditions. 300D fabric has superb abrasion and tear resistance. The polyurethane (PU) double coating on the inside makes the fabric durable and waterproof, and the outer has a water and stain repellent coating which helps keep the garment clean.

Titanmill™ Plus Stretch is constructed with the optimal blend of hardwearing polyester yarns, flexible elastane and our softest cotton to date. Our own formulated fabric offers exceptional freedom of movement, exceptional abrasion resistance, breathability and superior comfort.

Seratex™ Stretch is our fabric that strikes the right balance between comfort and flexibility while delivering unrivalled freedom of movement. Woven using our softest spun cotton combined with hard working elastane, this fabric is engineered by nature, responsibility sourced by us.

Kingsmill™ Cotton fabric is available in five weights 190g, 260g, 280g, 305g and 350g. This fabric is fully pre-shrunk and has excellent dye retention properties. The long staple fibers used in the construction process provide strength, pilling resistance and a quality finish.

Kingsmill™ Polycotton is polyester and cotton woven fabric. This fabric guarantees high performance and maximum comfort. The material is fully pre-shrunk, has superior dye retention and all the features you would expect from a modern workwear fabric.
