Joining with IFR Workwear, an already renowned Canadian flame resistant workwear brand, has given us the opportunity to bring our innovative technologies into the Canadian market and IFR products into the USA market. There are strong synergies between our two companies, and our core commitment of developing pioneering products and delighting our customer remains unchanged. Like IFR, Portwest has a core commitment of developing pioneering products, and this remains the forefront of our journey to success. Portwest operates 11 warehouses worldwide, including two in North America. In addition, Portwest fully owns six manufacturing facilities, with one located in Mexico. This infrastructure enables us to swiftly and effectively deliver a diverse array of products to our North American customers.
