Modaflame® is a high specification fabric that is constructed from an inherently flame resistant yarn, composed of a special blend of Modacrylic Fiber, Cotton and Carbon Fiber. Modacrylic fibers provide inherent flame resistance, excellent dimensional stability and high elastic properties which allow garments to retain their shape. High Cotton content gives the fabric comfort, warmth and a soft handle. Carbon Fiber woven into the fabric gives inherent anti static properties.

This fabric has the ability to withstand heat and flame and protect against the danger caused by static electricity and flame. These inherent flame resistant properties will not diminish with repeated washing.
