The Oeko-Tex ® Standard 100 is an internationally recognised labelling system and the world’s leading health label for textile products. The Oeko-Tex ® label means that the products have been tested and approved for the content of hazardous or potentially hazardous chemicals and colourants. This Oeko-Tex ® label places strict demands on products – stricter even than those set by legislation. The label is awarded only after the product has been thoroughly tested and approved by an impartial party. Testing is carried out on all materials included in the product, which means not only the textiles but also any printed labels and accessories such as zips.
