LF SERIES Loose-Fitting Facepiece

The RT respirator hood features a patented three-channel over-the-top air delivery system directing air over the user’s head, down the front of the lens, and into the breathing zone, potentially eliminating fogging of the lens and could reduce dry eyes.

The LF Series Loose-Fitting Facepiece covers the head and face, providing comfortable, affordable, and effective pro tection. The LF Series Loose-Fitting Facepiece is compatible with Bullard Powered Air Respirators.

Comfortable Fit. A built-in suspension provides a comfortable fit and the convenience of being fully assembled and ready to use. A soft plenum design delivers air from the top of the head to the worker’s breathing zone. Available in standard width (Medium, Large, Extra Large) and narrow width (Small, Medium, Large) . Bullard Loose-Fit ting Facepieces are completely latexfree, eliminating any concern over latex sensitivities by the wearer. The facial seal material is a unique engineered material that is 100% latex-free. Optimal Airflow. The Loose-Fitting Facepiece utilizes a unique soft plenum design to deliver air to the worker’s breathing zone. As air enters the facepiece from the twist-lock breathing tube connection, the soft plenum inflates on the top of the head. The air is then directed down through an opening at the top of the facepiece directly into the worker’s breathing zone. Unlike other loose-fitting facepieces, this de sign provides more airflow where it is needed and may help to prevent fogging of the lens or drying of the eyes. Verified Protection. The LF Series Loose-Fitting Facepiece is con structed with DuPont™ Tychem®2000 material. EVA/EVAHL with LF Series is NIOSH approved.

Patented Air Delivery System. Air flows into the neck cuff and is then directed through a three-channel air delivery system that delivers the air over the user’s head, down the front of the lens and into the breathing zone. Proven Performance. Bullard’s EVA and EVAHL PAPRs with the RT Series hood system are NIOSH approved. RT hoods are also avail able as a NIOSH approved Type C supplied air respirator system. The wide-angle lens of the RT Series allows your peripheral vision to see all objects around you, and to easily communicate with coworkers. Unique Headband-Free Design. The suspension-free design provides unrestricted movement of the head, improving comfort, productivity while lowering replacement costs. Panoramic View. The RT hood offers 135 square inches of viewing area and features an oversized lens to help provide unobstructed visibility. Innovative Design and Materials. The RT Series hood is made from Dupont Tychem®2000 or Dupont Tychem®4000. The Tychem®4000 hood features taped and sealed seams to minimize the potential of any inward leakage at the sewn seams. The 20” long outer bibs of the RT hood provide splash protection and feature Hook & Loop straps that connect the front and rear outer bibs providing a custom fit, and adding stability which decreases the chance of the bib moving during bending or scooping operations. The LF HEPA Series Loose-Fitting Facepiece has all the same great features that the LF Series Loose-Fitting Facepiece has, with the added panel made with HEPA material. The LF HEPA Series Loose-Fitting Facepiece incorporates a built-in TPFE-based HEPA panel along the jaw of the hood to impede particulates from egressing below the nose and mouth area of the hood. The HEPA panel provides exceptional protection from up-splashes and can capture direct aerosols expelled from the oral and nasal cavities.
