Bump Caps

The Bump Cap. Combines comfort and protection with style. Designed for industries such as meat and food processing, utility meter reading, pest control, fruit harvesting, and auto repair, Bump Cap (BC) and First Base® (FB) models offer a variety of user options. Bullard bump caps provide limited protection against minor bumps and abrasions and are not designed for applications requiring ANSI approved head protection. Bullard Bump Cap The Bullard Bump Cap offers wearers a sleek style combined with user comfort and maximum versatility to provide the ultimate protection against minor bumps, bruises, and lacerations. Equipped with a technologically advanced double-hoop design for greater reinforcement and durability along with an easy-to-assemble user replaceable suspension, the Bullard Bump Cap offers unmatched comfort with a secure fit. Bullard Bump Caps may be customized with pad printed logos using up to six colors in as many as four different locations. First Base® The First Base bump cap combines comfort and protection for the wearer in the style of a baseball cap. It has a lightweight design and benefits in strength and protection from a low-density polyethylene liner. An inner foam pad is also included to provide all- day user comfort. The simple one-size-fits-all adjustment ensures a superior fit for all workers. This cap comes standard with six eyelet holes for superior ventilation. Monogramming is available for a fully customized look.
